Update: Finalists of the Building the Future Workforce Challenge may be Featured at CES® 2027

We are pleased to announce that up to 10 finalists of the Building the Future Workforce Challenge may be featured at CES® between January 6-9, 2027, as part of Caterpillar’s ongoing commitment to advancing and showcasing innovative, tech-forward approaches to strengthening the advanced manufacturing and industry technician workforce.

While finalist attendance in-person at CES® is currently not anticipated, finalists should expect to collaborate with Caterpillar and its communications agencies from mid-December 2026 to January 5, 2027, to potentially develop videos, demonstrations, marketing materials, and/or other content needed to feature solutions at CES®.
