Over the last thirty-five years, Aimee has managed successful teams in multiple industries, built and maintained internal and external client relationships, and taught undergraduate courses at Texas State University and the University of Central Arkansas. Since joining Caterpillar in 2018, she has served the Operations Team as a production manager and talent/training manager. In these roles, Aimee has leveraged her experience as a seasoned manager and educator to develop and implement cross-training, upskilling, and reskilling programs at the North Little Rock facility. As Talent Manager, she also redeveloped retention and safety programs for probationary employees, and contributed to flexible scheduling initiatives.
