Melissa recently transferred to a Quality Technician position. Utilizing her strong background as a Quality Lead and previously an IQA inspector, she has great attention to detail. She has goal-oriented mindset, collaborative approach, and is committed to driving operational excellence. Melissa has hands-on experience in lean manufacturing principles and the BIQ process, which leverages her ability to improve quality systems and streamline workflows.

Throughout her career, she has led initiatives such as developing dashboards for Special Inspection Requests, partnering with design engineers to enhance drawing accuracy, and creating detailed Quality Control Plans. She has also been trained as a material coordinator for rejected parts, further strengthening her ability to resolve quality issues efficiently.
