Angelica Lopez Cuevas is a workforce development, TVET, social impact, migration, and evidence-based policy expert. She has more than 20 years of experience designing, leading, and evaluating initiatives that connect education systems, industry needs, and inclusive labor-market opportunities. Her work has supported governments, international organizations, foundations, and private-sector partners across Latin America, with a strong focus on skills systems, employability, gender equality, social inclusion, and sustainable development.

Angelica has held senior leadership roles in Mexico's federal government and has advised major workforce and education initiatives in sectors including advanced manufacturing, energy, technical education, and youth employment. She is the Founder of ALCtia, an international consulting practice focused on evidence, connection, and action. She brings a multidisciplinary perspective that combines public policy, evaluation, corporate social responsibility, and industry engagement. She is committed to helping build talent ecosystems that expand opportunity, strengthen local economies, and prepare people for the future of work.
