Dr. Irvin T. Clark III has served as President of Southern Crescent Technical College (SCTC) since 2022. With 25 years of higher education leadership experience across Georgia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Delaware, he specializes in workforce and economic development, academic program development, fundraising, and strategic planning. Under his leadership, SCTC has expanded enrollment by 10%, launched registered apprenticeships and entrepreneurship centers, strengthened public-private partnerships, and advanced the development of the RAAME Center (Robotics, Automation, Advanced Manufacturing, Economic Development). Dr. Clark serves on the American Association of Community Colleges Workforce and Economic Development Commission and holds an Ed.D. in Higher Education from Morgan State University.
