Before starting with Caterpillar Inc., Rolando Martinez spent 20 years in the United States Air Force. This is where he started my career in the maintenance field. Other maintenance departments he worked for were at Wal-Mart Inc and Millenium Steel Industry. He joined Royal Oaks Industry in 2010 as a maintenance tech 2 and in 2013 the plant was acquired by Caterpillar Inc. He is currently working in our Short Block Assembly area maintaining the Robotic and automated system.
