Kerry McKittrick is the Director of the Project on Workforce at Harvard University, where she leads the organization's strategy, research portfolio, operations, and field partnerships. Her work focuses on systems-level education and workforce reforms that expand economic opportunity. She works with policymakers, educators, employers, and researchers to translate evidence into actionable policy and practice.

Prior to Harvard, Kerry served as Senior Policy Advisor to Congressman Jim Langevin, where she led federal education, workforce development, and child welfare policy. She later served as Senior Manager at Jobs for the Future, leading cross-organizational strategic initiatives.

Kerry holds a master's degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where she was distinguished as a Leadership in Education fellow, and a bachelor's degree from Brown University. She is a 2025 Aspen Institute Ascend Fellow and frequent speaker on workforce and education systems transformation.
