Sean is passionate about creating innovative education and workforce solutions that help employers build talent while providing individuals with rewarding career opportunities in the skilled trades. He regularly works with industry stakeholders to promote workforce development, career awareness, and technical education. Sean resides in Lindenhurst, Illinois, with his wife, Jordan. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Illinois and remains committed to building opportunities for the next generation of skilled professionals.
