Dr. Sudharshan graduated in Mechanical Engineering from SIT, Tumkur, and received his Masters in Mechanical Engineering from UVCE, Bangalore University, PhD - Management from VTU, Belagavi.

Dr. Sudharshan has over 30+ years of experience and service in Corporate and Education sector covering skilling, employment and livelihood, operations management and supply chain management work experience for several years in USA and Germany.

Ex Managing Director of NTTF,  premier Skilling Institute in the country with over 65 years of heritage. Held Director and Leadership Positions at VOLVO group, BOSCH group, Reliance Industries and Kirloskar group across geographies. Presently serving  as Advisor to National Skill Development Corporation to support development of skilling eco system and international mobility.
