Kyle serves as the Vice President of Employer Alignment for the Strada Education Foundation, an organization collaborating with learners, educators, employers, and policymakers across the U.S. to create a postsecondary education ecosystem providing equitable pathways to opportunity. In this role, he leads the foundation's engagement with employer groups, ensuring the business community's voice is integrated into efforts to better prepare the future workforce.

Before joining Strada, Kyle served as the Executive Vice President of the Florida Chamber of Commerce Foundation. There, he steered Florida's leading research and policy think tank, driving innovation through groundbreaking publications and impactful collaborations with industry leaders and policymakers. Throughout his career in public policy, which also includes senior leadership roles at Florida TaxWatch, his work has consistently informed state and national decision-making through sound policy recommendations.

Kyle holds an M.S. in Applied Economics and a B.S. in Economics and International Affairs from Florida State University.
