Lorie currently supports Caterpillar's remanufacturing division as the Senior Human Resources Manager for the Mississippi campus, which includes approximately 1,200 production, support and management employees across four facilities. From new hires recently finishing high school to operations employees with 45 years of service, Lorie focuses on building relationships, sharing resources and using data to develop strategic workforce solutions that build a culture of safety, excellence and engagement. She strives to help employees achieve their potential and contribute to delivering business objectives that help customers solve their greatest challenges. Intent on developing a pipeline of talent for a modern manufacturing world, Lorie also believes in providing opportunities to upskill tenured employees. She has 25 years of experience in corporate and facility communications, employee development, talent management and human resources within manufacturing, energy and security industries. Lorie holds a bachelor's degree in communications from Freed-Hardeman University and is married with two children.
