SVP of Instructional Development, Project Lead The Way (PLTW)

Jason Rausch is the Senior Vice President of Instructional Development at Project Lead The Way (PLTW), where he leads the design and development of curriculum and professional learning that expand student access to high-quality career learning in computer science, engineering, and biomedical science. He oversees teams of instructional designers, subject matter experts, and industry partners focused on preparing students for future careers.

Jason earned a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Oklahoma and spent 17 years teaching AP Physics, Chemistry, and engineering while helping build a PLTW Distinguished School in Norman, Oklahoma.

During his 14 years at PLTW, he has led the development of courses including Computer Science Essentials, Cybersecurity, AP Computer Science Principles, and AP Computer Science A, while advancing innovation in workforce-aligned STEM education. He is passionate about teaching, learning, design thinking, and educational technology.
