Kevin Stump
Kevin brings nearly 15 years of systems-change experience across policy and advocacy, intermediary innovation, program design, higher education, and workforce development. As Chief Program Officer at Education Design Lab, he strengthens the Lab's culture of organizational learning and serves as a bridge between strategy and impact. Previously, Kevin was the first Vice President of Economic Mobility and Workforce Innovation at SUNY Rockland Community College, while also advising the Lab's Community College Growth Engine and leading impact and evaluation work, including the Designer in Residence program. He has held senior roles at JobsFirstNYC, where he helped secure major state workforce investments and launched high school-to-career pathways, and at Young Invincibles, where he led campaigns to expand apprenticeships and postsecondary access. Kevin holds a bachelor's in community organization and advocacy from SUNY Plattsburgh, an MPA from Marist College, and a doctorate in Educational Leadership and Innovation from New York University.
