Ashley Jenkins works for Caterpillar, Inc. where she supports the Mississippi Caterpillar facilities as the manager of the Mississippi Learning Institute. She and her team specialize in all areas of learning and development for working adults. Outside of the facilities, Ashley and her team are heavily involved in student outreach within the local school districts. Her team works to introduce the Caterpillar brand to students across Mississippi, Tennessee, and Alabama while acclimating the students to various operations and careers within their company. While in college, Ashley earned her degree in History with plans to become a middle school teacher. Today, Ashley is proud to be a workforce teacher and is grateful each day to help the employees of her facilities work achieve their professional and academic goals.

Outside of her career, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and children exploring the sights and trails of the National Park Service.
