Cara Cranston is the Sr. Director of Technology Programs at the ARM Institute. In this role, Cara is responsible for leading the comprehensive administration and oversight of all technology initiatives, from project call through project transition. Cara manages a team of programs managers to ensure all project deliverables and outcomes are on time and on budget, measures project performance, and develops mitigation plans when adverse scenarios develop. Cara also contributes to the strategic roadmap for future long-term initiatives aimed at fostering multi-use applications across commercial and government sectors. Through this work, Cara helps to fulfill ARM's mission of increasing U.S. global competitiveness by accelerating innovative technologies and workforce programs that make robots more accessible to U.S. manufacturers.
