Tushar is a Partner at The Blended Finance Company, where he leads engagements in the livelihoods and climate mitigation & adaptation spaces. He is engaging with a variety of clients including social enterprises (non-profit and for-profit), philanthropic donors, private funders, and DFIs towards catalyzing both concessional and commercial finance.

Tushar leverages over 19 years of prior experience in investment banking and blended-finance-focused strategy consulting. Previously, an Associate Partner at Dalberg, Tushar co-led the development finance & investment practice in the Asian region. Tushar has led the design and implementation of several outcomes-focused financing funds and instruments including India's first skilling-focused impact bond and a multi-instrument fund focused on foundational literacy and numeracy. Prior to Dalberg, Tushar was a Vice President in the Mumbai office of Lazard, where he advised Indian and international clients on M&A and fundraising transactions, with a focus on the infrastructure, energy, industrials, and telecom sectors.
