Psychologist convinced of the transformative power of education, with a background in the design and implementation of educational strategies focused on gender equity, inclusion, entrepreneurship, and STEM. Her professional path has been shaped by collaboration with civil society organizations committed to driving deep social change through education.

At Movimiento STEM+, she has contributed to the consolidation of the institutional strategy and the strengthening of key alliances. She currently leads the Institutional Strengthening and Innovation Department, spearheading strategic processes, research, and cross-sector collaborations that position the organization as a regional benchmark in Latin America.
