Tessica Stanfield has been with Caterpillar Reman for almost 13 years. She has worked in Core Sort, Disassembly, Assembly, Supply chain, and Employee Learning. Currently she works in the Mississippi Learning Institute which is responsible for employee learning and new hire orientation. She leads orientation, creates learning material, and manages parts of the on the job training (OJT). Tessica enjoys finding ways to get creative in learning or helping others obtain new skills for development.
